What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We ship your order based on weight:
Royal Mail up to 2kg – £3.10
Hermes 2kg-5kg – £5.39
Hermes over 5kg – £6.29
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept all types of major debit and credit cards through our Stripe secure payment gateway
How long will delivery take?
Delivery is normally within 2-3 business days
How secure is shopping on the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Our Website is extremely secure and all data held is completely confidential and you can request removal of this at anytime via your account page.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If this is incorrect you must contact us straight away so we can rectify your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second confirmation email.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Your invoice will be confirmed in your second confirmation e-mail.
